In other words: the council wants the password of all accounts used to
publish scouting information, including troop pages !?! After all, it
doesn't say council sites, it says all sites.
If such rules get accepted, troops will have to get separate accounts
for their home page, in stead of having them on the personal account of
one of the leaders. After all, you wouldn't want to give out your
personal password, would you?
A very strange and unnecessary rule, I would say.
