First, I should re-introduce myself since I recently changed inet providers.
My name is Carl Grabiel and I live in Independence, MO. I have 2
sons, one a Star Scout in Troop 233 and a Webelos Scout in Pack 233. I am a
Webelos leader for my youngest son and an Asst. Scoutmaster in the Troop. I
have been involved with scouting since my oldest joined Tigers over 6 years ago.
In addition to working with the Units, I am involved with District
(Blue Elk District) and Council (Heart of America Council)activities. In
the district I am on the Cub Roundtable Staff, Cub Training Team, and am
Chairman for the District Cub Olympics. At the Council, I work with Pow
Wow, DOE (Den Leader Outdoor Experience), and Commissioners College. I am
also a member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say (Warrior Sparkling Fox) at the H.
Roe Bartle Scout Reservation. My wife and I both attended Cub Wood Badge
C-CS-6 (I used to be a Fox, She used to be a Bobwhite).
Now for the help needed. Last night I was asked to be the guest speaker at
an Eagle COH for a boy in our troop. The fun part is that it will be held
this Sunday! I would appreciate any help, suggestions, or resources from
anyone out there. You can either reply to me directly at
firstname.lastname@example.org or to the list if the info would benefit everyone.
Thanks in advance,
Speaking for only myself in the spirit of Scouting,
