In a message dated 97-02-16 22:56:19 EST, you write:
<< The Cub Scouter Award may be earned by any registered Cub Scout Leader.
times a leader may have been a Den Leader for a year and a Committee Member
for a year, as long as the requirements are met. The Cub Scouter Award is a
kind-of catch-all for those individuals who provide leadership to the Cub
Scouting program. >>
Can the tenure as a Cubmaster, for example, used towards the Cub Scouter
award, later be used also for another knot? Let's say you serve one year as
CM and finish off the Cub Scouter as a DL or committee member. Then you're
CM again! Do you just need one more year of service, or two?
