Arrow of Light Record

This may seem like a silly question to ask, but....
How can/do I find out if/when I received my Arrow of Light?
Now for why I'm asking... This is my first year as a Cubmaster and
I am PRETTY SURE that I earned the above mentioned award but can't
recall acutally RECEIVING it. I went all the way through the Cub
Scout program in my younger days and even crossed over into a Boy
Scout troop (although, sadly, did not stay with it very long). I
specifically remember outings as a WEBELOS Scout, but for the life
of me cannot recall getting the Arrow of Light award.
The reason I want to know is: I want to make the ceremony in which
I present the Arrow of Light to our WEBELOS one that they actually
DO remember. You know, impress upon them the significance of the
award: the only one that carries over into Boy Scouts AND even
into adult leadership positions (see where I'm heading?). If I'm
not mistaken, isn't there a square knot to be worn for earning the
Arrow of Light? I think it might make more of an impression if I
could show them that, even though this is my first year as CM, I
can wear a knot because of something I did two and a half decades
ago (it will be the only one I can wear right now). Problem is, I
don't want to wear it unless I can prove I earned it (I'm ALMOST
POSITIVE I did, but want to be absolutely sure). And, no I don't
have the little card that says I earned it (good point for another
lesson to the boys) and, yes, I even called Mom but (can you
imagine this?) she had other things to worry about besides whether
I earned the Arrow of Light award.
Any advice would be appreciated....
