I attended Cub WB; our information was very clear
** Beads can be worn alone.
** Beads, scarf & woggle can be worn together. Don't wear the woggle with
another scarf; don't wear the scarf with a different slide.
** Only wear with a field uniform; beads should not be worn with a t-shirt.
The above was always the rule when I was a Scout WB CD. We wanted to
have beads worn with a t-shirt, so we followed the no-bead rule, but
had the correct beads for the WB staffers silk screened on the course
t-shirts. NO BEADS are ever worn with the dress (jacket, slacks)
Can anyone quote the information given at Scout WB? It seems that many
local Scouters take the attitude of "anything goes...."

Of course. If you earn the award, it belongs on your uniform. :)
