Have the person who just won draw the next ticket and read the number.

I have a problem in our pack that I'd like some of your thoughts on.
Last week at our Blue & Gold Dinner, we had some really neat door prizes
donated by several area merchants. Everyone was given a ticket upon
entry and the lucky numbers were drawn at several junctures throughout
the evening. I found it strange (as did most other pack leaders) that
the family members of the "lady" who was drawing the numbers ALL won
prizes - in some cases, two or three. Mere coincidence??? I find that a
little hard to believe. There's no way for us to prove that the prize
drawings were rigged. In the meantime, we added a new line to our
bylaws that only two family members can be awarded door prizes at any
Pack event. Also, this particular individual will not be the one to
draw tickets at future events. Does anyone have any recommendations on
how to deal with someone of this character? I can't believe someone
could stoop so low as to cheat young children out of a few prizes.
Looking forward to your responses. Thanks!
