Not novel to me. When a boy completes his Eagle I sit down with him and
explain that he can have his Court of Honor when & where he & his family
want it, and we've had them in about every place you could imagine and about
every time of day. I hand him a binder with ceremonies I've collected and
tell him that he can use one of these or make up his own. We've had some
great ceremonies with lots of variety.
BTW Most have been singles. The only time we've had more than one was the
time when brothers (twins) earned Eagle at the same time.
