Actually, the most "neutral" time for most religions is Saturday night. Both
the Jewish and Seventh Day Adventist faiths commence their sabbath at
sundown on Friday, and end it at sundown on Saturday. Friday is also the
Islamic equivalent of the Jewish sabbath. Most Christian faiths
conventionally commence their Sunday sabbath at midnight Saturday night.
Therefore the time between sundown and midnight on Saturday night is not of
religious significance for any major religion that I am aware of.
