Go with your "gut reaction." I would not want a 13 year old girl on an
overnight with my Boy Scouts, some of whom are in the "raging hormones"
stage. It is a prescription for disaster. My daughter goes camping with
her Girl Scout Troop and is just as happy to be away with the other girls
and would be mortified to have me there.
BTW, what is "Circle 10?"
