HELP! My wife's firm got a fax with this information on it, this morning.
Is it accurate? Has anyone heard about a settlement against Similac and
Enfamil? I checked my news sources and found a story about a class action on
price fixing against these companies, but only for residents of Tennessee.
IS THIS AN URBAN HOAX?
Here is the text of the fax:

The Tennessee case is for kids born between Jan. 1, 1980 and Dec. 31, 1992.
There is a toll-free number for that case, which does not work from our
Dallas-area phones (does it work only in Tennessee?): Class Action Claims
Any information appreciated.
