For what it's worth, the following was given to me as I took over
as Cubmaster last month (I had posed the same question). Hope it
* OPENING CEREMONY
Remind Scouts that salute continues until they hear the word: "Two"
Leader asks the group to "Please stand for the presentation of the
Leader then proceeds with the following commands, pausing between
each one as appropriate
"COLOR GUARD -- ADVANCE"
"COLOR GUARD -- HALT"
"COLOR GUARD -- POST THE COLORS"
"COLOR GUARD -- SALUTE"
Leader invites everyone to say the Pledge of Allegiance (here you
can use any number of introductions or just say the following)
"PLEASE JOIN IN THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE"
After the Pledge of Allegiance, the Leaders says, "Two", which ends
the salute and then proceeds with the following (again pausing as
"COLOR GUARD -- FORM UP"
"COLOR GUARD -- RETREAT"
"COLOR GUARD -- POST"
Leader asks the group to "Please be seated"
