A couple of questions came up at last night's Committee meeting.
If a Scout is ringing a bell to collect money for the Salvation Army may he
wear his uniform?
If a Scout is behind in his dues can the Committee refuse to advance him at
a Board of Review? Or can the Scoutmaster tell him he can't have a BOR
until he is paid up?
