My philosophy is simple on this.
No boy should ever be turned away because a den is "full".
That defeats our purpose. If the den is too big and you can
have TWO deep leadership then split if you want to.
Do not let conflict between adults affect the boys in the
program OR the boys who might want to join!
Faced with this situation in the past I found that it may
be better to operate with a very large den that broke into
teams during part of the meeting, than to separate boys who
have developed a bond with one another.
