I'm singing the same song but a year ahead. We had a great drive last year
because our 'pool' grew, ie more students in the school. It makes it hard
to repeat membership numbers this year.
In the similar track I would think that adult participation would increase
with smaller packs and the program would only benefit. Question, if a pack
splits into two what happens to its Quality status? One unit would fall down
in the membership requirement while the other would sail. Is this the way
it should be?? :( I'm confused by making membership numbers a requirement.
