A source probably at your fingertips, is Woods Wisdom.
There are several ceremonies in there. One of my favorites is the first
class ceremony based on knighthood.
I have found the other ceremonies are very adaptable for each rank.
A simple ceremony to use is to have a scout read the requirements of the
rank being received. Another is to read the backs of the rank cards
aloud at the presentation. We normally "promote" the scoout at the
meeting after the BOR, present the cloth badge and then present the card
and parents pin (mothers pin) to the parent. Some times you need to have
2 pins, one for each mom.
Hope this helps.
