To the best of my recollection, to earn the AOL, a Webelos Scout must VISIT
a Boy Scout Troop meeting or function. Camping is not a requirement.
Unfortunately, my son's Webelos Handbook is currently in a state of
mislaidment (he lost it), so I can't quote the exact verbage of the requirement.
