When sending commands to the List Server, be sure to use the address
< LISTSERV@TCUBVM.IS.TCU.EDU > and include your command in the body of
the message (not the subject line) .
Some of the commands are:
SET SCOUTS-L NOMAIL (to turn it off)
SET SCOUTS-L MAIL (to turn it back on)
SET SCOUTS-L DIGEST (gives you all msgs under one heading)
