multiple positions and being mom

I have seen postings on holding mulitiple positions. As cubmaster, I want
to receive the appropriate inserts in "Scouting" magazine. As cub roundtable
commish, I want to receive the appropriate inserts for that.
Question..My understanding is that whatever I list as my primary position
(in this case, cubmaster) will determine what inserts I receive. Do I need
to pay another $7.00 to be sure to get the rt stuff? If that's what is
needed, I'll be happy to do it, but I need some direction on this.
Second part of the posting refers to not answering to "Dad" (or Mom) by
your child at scout functions. I agree with the gentleman who said that he
is "always" dad. My son has always called me mom (at least to my face :)
at all functions. Some of the boys in my den/patrol will do it sometimes.
As I tell all the kids at the first pack meeting, I answer to Kim, Ms. Kim,
Mrs. Moye. It's up to their parents to direct how they want me address.
Again, my kids in my den have come up with "unique names", but as long as
they're not disrespectful, I kinda enjoy it. And if my son called me anything
other than mom, I would be real upset since that is truly my "primary position"
