Looks like you may have to write your own, but I do have a suggestion - try
starting out with you Chartered Org rep lighting a single candle (darkened
room), then from that candle, CM, DLs, committee chair, etc, would each
light a candle to show how the light grows as more join in - reviewing some
of the aims of scouting would also be appropriate, as would having everyone
join in on the Promise and Law.
Just a though that struck me as I read you post.
