Here I have to disagree with you Mike. Lengthy discussion has concluded
in other threads that what constitutes attendance is up to the troop. It
IS therefore perfectly proper that the troop establish what it will
consider acceptable! To extrapolate from yet another thread we must
add: Providing the troop's policies are well known, (published or not
as long as they are well known i.e. these can't be shot from the hip
for this occasion. What this troop has done is not adding requirements
but rather defining them in the context of how that troop has chosen
I personally disagree with so stringent a requirement, but if that is
that troop's known policy, they will get no argument from me.
