One of my favorites is "Who am I?". Pin a card to each person's back
with the name of someone famous. Each person has to figure out whose
name is on his back by asking "yes/no" questions. ("Am I alive?", "Am
I a politician?"). If the gathering is large, you can make extra rules,
like limiting the number of questions you can ask of a single person, or
requiring only members of the other troop be asked.
