You're saying the Eagle candidate *lied* verbally in the SM conference
and again in writing on his write-up? Does anyone but the candidate have
a copy of that first write-up?
If the answer to both is yes, I would certainly HOPE National would not
overturn a denial.
If the answer to the second is no, but the first is yes and a reliable
yes at that, I'd go talk to District and to Council and put it on the
line: we know this candidate lied; how do we prevent that lie earning
A Scout is trustworthy, not to mention Honest and Reliable.
