Point of clarification - those who have been with me on this list for
several months will know that I've been working hard to "have" a Committee
for our Pack. We didn't really have one last year. Those who are new to
the list wouldn't of course have known this.
My query about Pack Committee structure reflects that we are in transition
from a small pack of 25 to a Medium size pack of 50. The Pack will
committee will grow toward the recommended structure as the Pack grows and
strengthened. Those of you from small or struggling Packs will recognize
that several hats need to be worn until you have more parents involved.
I've had quite a few hats this year. Some fit better than others.
My query had to do with what do you do in the meantime while you are
recruiting parents? What combined positions can you "live" with until you
achieve the ultimate, a full functioning Pack Committee as recommended by
