We once faced this question, as our principal charter partner was providing
us with nothing other than a signature on the application. We approached
another sponsor to co-sponsor the Troop. We re-chartered with the TWO
sponsors. In later years the former sponsor came to be listed second. Then
finally it was ommitted. The number and tenure were retained.
