My question is this, "Should we encourage Tiger Cub Coaches/Leaders to
>attend Cub Roundtable?
If they are teachers, they should be at Roundtable. I hope to see
all four of mine there.
If they do come, should we have a breakout group
>for them? What do we offer them?" I mean I know they have their own
>materials, and they are to follow them, so what do we offer them?
We have one person, who flips between dens and Tigers. He has a
break-out planned when Tiger Coaches show up. The biggest thing they need in
Tigers is to know that resources DO exist for them to use. If we train them
from the beginning to come to Round Table, then we will have them through
out their tenure as a Scouter.
