I disagree, If councils would openly discuss the course content, more scouters
would go for it!
The secretive approach turns off many scouters to wood badge that otherwise
would have been interested..
I don't include myself in the afore mentioned, as I'm on my way to Old baldy
council next Aug. for their week long wilderness course. Going to be a busy
Aug. its one week after Jamboree.
BTW, They except Unit Commissioner basic for their course, I would guess the
Ticket would be commissioner related.
