Dear great and wise Scouters,
I once again return to you for assistance. I am on a quest for a ceremony, a
great ceremony for an adult leader in our Pack. After several years of being
our Pack's Committee chairman, I have finally found a sucker, I mean a great
volunteer take over this position. I an few weeks, at our pack meeting, we
will be introducing her to the rest of the scouts and parents. We will also be
inducting a new Cubmaster as well.
This is a turning point in our Pack, with the 2 top positions being passed on
to 2 very enthusiastic leaders. The outgoing Cubmaster will be inducting the
new Cubmaster, and I as the outgoing Committee chairman, will be inducting the
new Committee chairman. And to do this, I am coming to all of you for help and
Not only am I looking for a ceremony that will be uplifting to our new
Chairman, but one that might even encourage the other parents in our Pack to
step forward and actually participate more (or atleast give their den leaders
some extra help). Of course, it needs to follow the old KISMIF (which in this
case is Keep it SHORT, make it fun).
If any of you have some adult induction ceremonies, please e-mail the to me at
CLEMMP@CHAMPINT.COM or post them for everyone to enjoy.
Your in Scouting,
x-committee chairman of Pack 902
