I think that I read somewhere that the BSA was one of if not the last scout
association to allow the members wear the world crest without some sort of
stipulation. Personally I like having the world crest on my uniform to
signify the world brotherhood of all scouts and scouters. The BSA needs to
come up with a better way to recognize those who have taken part in an
international activity other than the International Activity Patch that is
worn as a temporary insignia or a jacket patch.

Well I will it start it and you can finish it later. :)
