Wood Badge Woggle

I need your help. I remember seeing an e-mail on Scouts-L or
perhaps a WWW site with information about the Wood Bagde Woggle. As
best I remember it, the WB woggle was fashioned from the leather
drive belt from an old treadle sewing machine. It seems that the
leather was used for the bow string in a friction bow to start a
fire by friction. The leather was the proper length to tie into the
two-strand woggle that is worn by those who have completed their WB
