pop bottle bird feeders

Every spring our council (Twin Valley Council, MN) runs a Scout-A-Rama at a
local mall, where we set up booths showing Scouting skills, etc. Our troop
is considering having a pop bottle bird feeder stand, where we provide all
the parts, etc., and help the visitors (mostly Cub Scouts...) make their
own bird feeder.
I've made one style of pop bottle feeder, but it only works well for a bird
feed with only one size seed. I'm looking for more ideas. I thought I had
seen a book on this subject, but haven't been able to find a copy. Any
