There is no consequence, unless you count the comments like "where's the
rest of your uniform" given him by other members of the troop. In addition,
at Scoutmaster conferences the Scoutmaster will discuss how the uniform
plays a pert in showing scout spirit. The first thing done at both a
scoutmaster conference and a board of review is a uniform inspection with
occasional questions about why wearing the uniform is important.

If a scout is not wearing the uniform properly, most often not tucked in or
unbuttoned, he will be asked to correct the situation. We have also held
inspections as part of inter-patrol competition and the other scouts in the
patrol make sure that the patrol is dressed properly.
