I think a full uniform should be worn most of the time. Most boys are
better behaved in their uniform. It gives them a sense of pride for
themselves as well as their unit, and their country.
One other point. Uniforms are more durable than most clothing made these
days. So why not wear the uniform. The scout might as well get their
use out of it. No sense buying something and leaving it hang in the
Southbrook District Tiger Cub Chair, RT Staff, Unit Commissioner
plus anything else I don't say NO to loud enough
