I think the period is 50 years. However, the copyright may be renewed by
a successor entity to whom title has been transferred before the
copyright expires, so you would have to do a search to find out if Battle
Hymn... still has a valid copyright. It very well could.
Music and lyrics are handled separate, unless composed by the same
