The biggest problem I see is Roundtable is considered Supplemental
Training. In order to stay up-to-date on the program, this supplemental
training needs to occur monthly. In our council we use the 4 hour Basic
Training. We find it absolutely necessary to have monthly roundtable to
help cover all of the things that are no longer convered in Cub Basic.
