Cub Scout (and Tiger Cub) service star(s) may be worn on the Scout,
Explorer, Varsity and/or adult uniform shirts.

They should not, but they can be worn if the Troop has a similar attendance
policy and are using the award. Unfortunately, most Troops and Teams do
NOT use it because the unit, not the Council or National, dictates what
"attendance": perfect, soso, or occasional.

If the Troop is doing the same thing...for instance, if the Troop has a "perfect
attendance" policy, which earns for the Scout the attendance bar/pin, then there
shouldn't be a problem. It's only if the Troop doesn't have one (which may
force them to come up with one to "issue" the additional recognition!) or if
the "standards" are lessened (or increased), may you have problems with that.
Hope this all helps!!
