Cub awards on Boy Scout uniform

I have a question for the combined wisdom of this group. All literature
that *I* have seen states that the Arrow of Light is the highest award in
Cub Scouting and is the only Cub Scout Award that can be worn on the Boy
Now for my question:
I can see where religious knots may not be classified as "Cub Scout" awards
since Scouting recognizes them, but they are earned in a different manner.
But what about service stars? Are they not allowed to be worn on the
Boy Scout shirt for Cub service?
Attendance Bars...are they not carried over into Boy Scouts, or do the
boys start all over.
Recruiter strip...I have heard mixed reviews on this one. Luckily all my
boys who have earned recruiter strips agree that they should be re-earned
at the Boy Scout level, so this is not an issue. But I am curious about
what to tell them about the service stars and attendance bars. The guys
are really proud of the attendance bars and want to know if they can keep
