The point of a Pack Meeting is to focus on the Scouts and what they
have accomplished in the past month. Recognition and receipt of
awards and/or ranks is very important and a key ingredient to the
Pack Meeting. Advancement and ranks should be presented as
individually as possible in a formal ceremony.
