How close a match would it be to take one of the olive or celery green
crushable rain hats (from any good men's wear department) to the local
trophy shop and have them embroider it? Or even sew on a BSA Patch yourself?
As I recall, Gilligan's hat WAS one of those crushable things smashed
almost beyond recognition!
Not that I watched Gilligan's Island, of course. <G>
