There is a Scout Shop in a camping gear store several blocks north of
the River Liffey and several blocks west of O'Connell Street. The
address in a book I bought is 7, Anglesea Street, but that may be an
old address. Warning: don't go looking for a Scout office south of
St. Stephen's Green; it's no longer there, as my son and I discovered
after a fruitless walk.
There are Dublin Scout units with web pages. If you can't find them
after looking for Scouting Association of Ireland and Catholic Boy
Scouts of Ireland, e-mail me and I'll look for the URLs.
On a nonScouting note, my family enjoyed the folk music session at
Oliver St. John Gogarty's (south of the river).
Have a great trip.
