that one pot meals are great. Especially if you prepare them ahead of time
and bag them. What can me an hour meal to prepare takes about 15n minutes if
prepared ahead of time.
Tonight I am making spaghetti and chicken as well as smoked salmon for this
weekends hike. I an cooking two meals for six people. Lunch will be smoked
slamon, cheese, trail mix and gourmet crackers. Dinner will be pasta with
chicken covered by crushed tomatoes mixed with oregano, garlic and a hint of
red wine for some extra flavor. I am making this now as I listen to the
stereo. Saturaday evening, when we eat this, it will take me 15 minutes to
boil water, cook the preheated past and heat the pre prared sauce. Clean up
is easy too, since no food has been burned on the bottom. 40 minutes form
starting the stoves until putting everything away.
