I have to say I disagree with you on this one. Boys the age of
Tigers expect to receive something. I don't think most of them
understand the concept of just being recognized. I agree that this
works well in Scouting, but these boys are five plus years older.
Somewhere there is a happy inbetween. I really think the Tigers
need to be awarded something at the Pack Meeting. Their anticipation
and enthusiasm is a joy to observe.
