This is a subject that is near and dear to me, particularly on the
Scoutmaster Fundamentals side. But it should aplly to the Cub side as
well. I've have proposed in our district that Scoutmaster Fundamentals
Staff be rotated around the District between the various Boy Scout Units.
This accomplishes two things, one it breaks up the "good ol boy" network
that is present and second it forces refreshing of trained leaders. My
suggestion of doing it this way was not recieved all that
ethusiastically, but at least it is on the table for future
concideration. Has any other District or council tried this and what have
been the successes or failures?
