Folks...has this thread not gone on long enough?
How does this affect the Scout...i.e. the youth? Is he going to worry about the
legality of whether
or not the badge, patch, uniform is his? I doubt it...nor would we want him to.
Out of deference to those of us who PAY for our connect time, can we concentrate
the issues that are real, affect us and affect the youth of the B.S.A.?

I am probably going to get "flamed" for this...but I just logged on remotely to
retrieve a weekend's
worth of Scouts-L (paying both the Hotel phone $$$ and my ISP charge).
It may be emotion on my part...but too many of these messages were adults sparri
ng over the legaility
of whether or not BSA National can do this. Do the youth or we really care?
