We're going to try and address this need at our Boy Scout Roundtable
over the next year (or however long it takes) by having members of the
training committee make a brief (10 or 15 minute) presentation every month.
The idea is that the entire SM fundamentals course will be covered over time
so that new leaders will get some training before there is a regularly
scheduled course, and the experienced leaders will have some exposure to the
new program features that have been added since they last attended training.
