I don't want to say who is right, or who is wrong, but I happen to have
sitting before me an order form from _The Resource Centre at Gilwell Park_.
On it is offered 4 different items:
Gilwell Scarf - Woollen 11.25
Gilwell Scarf - Cotton 7.25
Gilwell Woogle 2.25
Woodbadge (2X Bead) 2.75
No where does it mention a neckerchief.
BTW, those prices are Pounds not dollars.
I have made a MS Word file of the form if anyone is interested.
