As I understand it, part of the Eagle Project is for the Scout to identify
a useful project. This may involve contacting local people to find what
is needed in a particular community rather than trying to do something
I suggest that trying to fit a need to a project is the wrong way to go.
Identify the need first and seek a solution. That becomes the project!
