This is the first time I have posted to the group, but I think what Mary
had to say about getting behind the Tiger Group is very important.
I have stepped forward to become the Den leader from Tigers, but
what our pack did to encourage our Tigers' was to give them their
paws for activities at the pack meeting. Our Tigers were encouraged
to participate in every pack meeting. We did Pinewood Derby,
Knights of the Round Table, Blue Ggold and Raingutter Regatta
The boys got called up and given one paw for being at pack, and one
if they joined the activity for the Tigers that month.
I had so much fun with these boys that I stepped up, did the Training, and
I also have two dads as assistants, for the upcoming year.
I can't say how much it meant to our Tigers to be included.
