Jon...I read the requirement as "since he joined Scouting". As for the
Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class requirements, it never
occurred to me they should *not* be "double counted". I am counting
the one activity for Tenderfoot as one of the five for Second Class,
and the five for Second Class as five of the ten for First Class. If
I am wrong, please let me know.
