Rob and list...
I would really like to have the actual words to this. It's one of MY
FAVORITES! I've even led this song and kinda faked it. I'll give you
kinda sorta the way I've done it. In the instructions for the song I
always say - listen carefully! I've never done this song the same way
twice and if you can't repeat it, we'll never know what I said.
All you have to do is do as I do and say as I say.
Flea fly flow!
Kumalata kumalata kumalata veeslay!
Oh, no no no, not the veeslay.
Ich a mini, satch a mini, oo walla walla mini.
Des a mini, satch a mini, oo walla wall.
A beat billy oaten bobin obo a boatin bobin obo a boatin bobin boatin
bobin boatin bobin boatin bobin sssshhh...
As you can imagine, this song varies widely. However, at Camp Strake I
don't think it ever varies a syllable. It's simply handed down, staff
generation to staff generation. I welcome seeing all variations!
Maybe we can heat up the discussion to DAD & LAD, MOM & ME or even BELT
