If you follow this advice, what impression does it give to folks who don't
know to honor the Flag? What do the late-comers think of our attitude
toward our national symbol? How bad would it be if we were at such a parade
with a scout troop or cub pack in uniforms and showed little or no respect
for the Colors as they passed by?
